Leadership Skagit is a program of the EDASC Foundation, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization, and is organized through a partnership between the Economic Development Alliance of Skagit County, Skagit Valley College, and Washington State University Extension. The programmatic goals are improved community and professional leadership skills, increased civic engagement, respect and understanding of community diversity and improved community dialogue.
